I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) located in California and am able to work with any clients located in any part of California with tele-therapy. I specialize in helping individuals (18 and up). I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma. I use talk therapy and also am trained in eye movement desensitization & reprocessing (EMDR) that is an evidence-based method of healing trauma. I also specialize in working with mothers who are experiencing struggles in postpartum or during pregnancy. I am a mother of two young children and live in North County San Diego area. As someone who has found healing myself from EMDR I am passionate about helping others find their own healing.
